The History of AIA

     AIA was an idea that started in May of 2021, while Tony was working at a local brokerage firm as a financial analyst and saw a potential for growth and opportunities as a consultant. In early 2022, two of his former business contacts reached out to him directly about continuing consulting services which became the catalyst for building something of his own. By June 2022, Tony made the decision to go independent, leaving his position to pursue his own practice. In November 2022, he officially established AIA as an LLC, and by January 2023, the business was fully operational under its new name.

     What began as a small, client-driven practice has grown steadily and intentionally. In November 2024, AIA opened its first official office after previously operating from Tony’s home. Since then, the company has expanded both its team and capabilities, now including an operations manager, a business coordinator, and an actuarial analyst working alongside him. AIA started with just three clients and has since grown to over ten, reflecting consistent, relationship-driven growth. Today, Tony continues to lead the firm as an entrepreneur focused on expansion, long-term client partnerships, and delivering high-quality actuarial services built on trust and expertise for over four years.
